Our kitchen is Health Department Approved, and all our staff are ServSafe Certified, ensuring that food is handled and served in compliance with the highest safety standards. Food Safety First: All food staff are ServSafe certified and trained to meet the highest food safety standards.
High-Quality Equipment: We use only NSF approved cooking and serving equipment, and our food is never stored in coolers. Instead, we use NSF approved Cambros to maintain the ideal temperature and freshness of your food.
Sanitary Service: Soft drinks are served from sanitary dispensers—not from unsanitary 2-liter bottles. Additionally, all disposable plasticware is individually wrapped for extra hygiene.
No Flimsy Pop-Ups: We use commercial fire department approved canopies to ensure the safety and quality of our events.
Homemade and Preservative-Free: All our salads are homemade with no preservatives, ensuring fresh and flavorful meals.
